Remote control grass mower is a professional tracked cutting machine for slopes and hillsides. It belongs to rotary mower. This grass mower is with 80cm mowing width, and we use a Loncin 764cc 23hp gasoline engine for it. Thanks to its powerful engine and lubrication system, it can easily mow brushes and tall grass on slopes less than 45 stupňov.
Advantages of Remote Control Grass Mower
Soft Transmission System. Engine shaft is not directly connected to the cutter assembly. Instead, We use 2 belts to connect engine shaft and cutter assembly. You can clearly see this unique design in the picture below. This structure prevents damage to the engine shaft if the blades strike a rock.
Anti-rust treatment. Before painting, we place all steel structural parts into an acid-pickling bath to remove rust. We then apply a coat of gray primer. After the primer dry, we spray on a topcoat. This process ensures excellent rust protection.
Hydraulic Lifting Motor. We do not use electric lifting motors; instead, we use hydraulic lifting motors. Although hydraulic lifting motors are expensive than electric ones, they are more powerful and durable.
Robust Cutting Blade. The blade material is 65Mn steel and is 5 mm thick. The cutting edge undergoes quenching and diamond processes, making it more robust.
Powerful Walking Motor. We use two 1,500W electric servo motors to drive the grass mower. These industrial-grade servo motors cost more but offer greater precision. They are also with automatic braking function, ensuring safer operation on slopes.
Reliable Circuit Motherboard. For a high-quality remote control grass mower, the circuit motherboard is crucial. It must be shock-resistant and waterproof, capable of handling high currents, and offer excellent heat dissipation. Our circuit motherboard meets all these requirements.
Larger Gasoline Engine. We use Loncin 764cc 23hp engine for this remote control grass mower with 80cm cutting width. So it is more powerful than Loncin 608cc and 452cc engine. It can shred brushes and tall grass easily.
If you want to buy a reliable remote control grass mower, please consider it. We also offer other models, welcome you visit more.
Anti-rust Technology
Please watch the video as below, all steel structural parts undergo acid pickling and rust removal, potom nanesením základného náteru. po vysušení, natieraním vrchného náteru. to poskytuje vynikajúcu ochranu proti hrdze. This is our advantage that rare Chinese manufacturers don’t have.
