Remote control forestry mulcher is a radio-controlled tracked implement carrier with mulcher attachment. Compared with its competitors, it is both durable and affordable.
We equip it with a 35hp Briggs & Stratton petrol engine to drive 1.2m mulcher attachment. 2 units of 3000w electric motors drive 1.15 ton machine to walk on tough terrain. It can crush tall grass, vines, and saplings on complex sites such as mountains, steep slopes, and embankment.
What are the reason for choosing Remote Control Forestry Mulcher?
Brand Engine. We choose 35hp Briggs & Stratton petrol engine as its power output. We equip forestry mulcher with reliable gearbox to minimize power loss.This ensures that the engine’s maximum power is delivered to the cutting assembly. According to customer requirements, we can also equip it with a 28hp KOOP diesel engine.
Reliable Walking Motor. Electric motors have advantages in terms of high efficiency, fast response, and easy maintenance. So engineers are increasingly using them in small and medium-sized remote controlled lawn mowers. My engineering team carefully select reliable electric walking motors and gearboxes for remote control forestry mulcher. Long time testing has proven this to be a successful combination. 2 units of 3000W brushless electric walking motors, paired with hypoid gear reducers, provide the machine with powerful output. This allows it to easily walk on complex terrain and slopes.
Durable Circuit System.
Robust remote control forestry mulcher needs not only powerful power output, but also durable electrical system. Especially under complex terrain conditions and long time operation, reliable circuit system is more important. We work with some circuit suppliers to design custom circuit motherboards for it. Then we test these circuit motherboards and ultimately choose this one. Long time testing proves that it is trustworthy.
Robust Mulcher Blades. We use the latest mulcher cutter. Compared to traditional cutter, this cutter is lighter, easier to maintain, and cheaper. Tungsten alloy steel blades and 40Cr cutter shaft make the cutter more robust and reliable. You can also choose other attachments, such as flail blade, snow plow, snow blower etc. Operator can quickly change these attachments.
